Project Description:
This project was designed to optimise training costs, speed up hiring timelines, and maintain a high standard of knowledge and preparedness among personnel.

At its core, the initiative focused on creating accessible, effective learning programs aligned with the evolving needs of both employees and the business. All training materials were developed in two languages, ensuring inclusivity and convenience for the entire target audience.

Each course includes a comprehensive knowledge assessment system, hands-on exercises, and interactive simulators that allow learners to practice service procedures in conditions closely resembling real-life scenarios.

One of the project’s key achievements was reducing the basic training period from five days to just one. This breakthrough was made possible through a well-structured curriculum, engaging content, and the use of cutting-edge educational technologies.

As a result, employees are now able to start performing their roles — and earning — much faster, while the business benefits from a quicker onboarding process and faster integration of new staff into operations.
